Matilda’s 4th Birthday! Twitter Giveaway

This week we celebrate our fourth birthday in the West End so to thank the dedicated maggots who have supported us over the past 4 years, we’re holding an exciting giveaway on Twitter from 3-5pm this Friday 23 October, giving you the chance to win 1 of 8 pairs of tickets.

We’ve hidden 8 Matilda-themed questions below each slice of our chocolatey birthday cake and we’ll be revealing each question throughout the day on Friday. Anyone who tweets us the answer with #Matilda4thBirthday within 5 minutes will be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Matilda The Musical.

Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

2. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

3. To take part in this promotion, you must answer one of the questions posted on Twitter by @matildamusical by replying to the tweet with the correct answer and the official hashtag #Matilda4thBirthday. The promotion will only be open for 5 minutes after each question is tweeted.

4. One entry is allowed per person for each of the 8 questions, allowing for a total of 8 entries into the competition in total.

5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.

6. One winner with the correct answer from each promotion will be chosen at random. Each winner will then be announced on twitter directly following each of the eight promotions.

7. The winners will then be notified via direct twitter message on 23 October 2015. They will then have 28 days to accept their prize via twitter message. If they have not claimed their prize by this time, another winner will be chosen.

8. There are 8 prizes available of 2 tickets to see Matilda The Musical at the Cambridge Theatre, London. These are only valid for Tuesday – Thursday performances from 3 – 26 November 2015, and are strictly subject to availability.

9. No travel or other expenses are included in the prize.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

12. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
