THEATRE INCLUDES: Hugh has designed the lighting for more than 160 productions and worked for most of the UK’s national companies and extensively on Broadway. Most recent work includes: Future Conditional (Old Vic); The Red Lion (National Theatre); Don Quixote (ROH); An Act of God (Broadway); Closer (Donmar); Strictly Ballroom (Australia); Ghost, Shrek, The Wizard of Oz (all West End); Tanz Der Vampire (Paris/Berlin/St Petersburg, Vienna). Hugh is an Associate Artist at the Old Vic. He has received three Olivier Awards for best lighting design and a Tony for his lighting design for the Broadway production of Matilda.
