RSC: Matilda, Arabian Nights, The Winter’s Tale, Antony and Cleopatra, Bad Weather, The Unexpected Man, Hamlet, Cymbeline, Three Hours After Marriage, Slaughter City, Richard III, The Taming of the Shrew, Romeo and Juliet.

THEATRE INCLUDES: Hugh has designed the lighting for more than 160 productions and worked for most of the UK’s national companies and extensively on Broadway. Most recent work includes: Future Conditional (Old Vic); The Red Lion (National Theatre); Don Quixote (ROH); An Act of God (Broadway); Closer (Donmar); Strictly Ballroom (Australia); Ghost, Shrek, The Wizard of Oz (all West End); Tanz Der Vampire (Paris/Berlin/St Petersburg, Vienna). Hugh is an Associate Artist at the Old Vic. He has received three Olivier Awards for best lighting design and a Tony for his lighting design for the Broadway production of Matilda.
