£30 tickets available for concession groups at the box office for Wednesday matinees (may be offered to non-concession groups at the box office discretion).

£35 tickets available for concession groups at the box office for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (may be offered to non-concession groups at box office discretion).

RSC £10 TICKETS SUPPORTED BY TIK TOK

16 tickets are reserved for every performance. These are available in advance by signing up to RSC £10 Tickets here, or on the day of performance in person from 10am at the Cambridge Theatre Box Office. If you pre-book online, you will need to collect your tickets at the box office. This offer is for individuals aged 16 to 25 who must make the booking themselves. Maximum of 1 ticket per person and proof of age ID will be required. Tickets will be allocated entirely at the discretion of the Box Office.

VIP Experience

Make your visit to see Matilda The Musical a truly unforgettable day out with our VIP Experience.
Along with your top price seat and souvenir show programme, our package includes a pre-show drink which will be served to you with delicious snacks to share.

During the interval you will be met at your seats and led back to your reserved table in the bar where ice-creams will be served.

Can I buy a programme?

These can be bought in the theatre and can also be purchased online here.

Does the show use any special effects?

Yes. This production features flashing lights, lasers and loud sound effects. Latex balloons are popped onstage and stage haze (smoke) is used. Throughout the performance actors interact in audience spaces.

Is there an age limit / recommendation?

Age guidance: 6+. This production is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, including babes in arms. Younger children and babes in arms are welcome at our relaxed performances. Children need to occupy their own seats at all times throughout the performance. Children under 4 years of age (including babes in arms) will not be admitted into the auditorium.

Is there security at the theatre?

Yes. Bag searches are in operation upon arrival.

What’s the running time?

The performance is 2h 35 including one interval

Where is Matilda being performed?

Matilda is being performed at the Cambridge Theatre in London.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?

We recommend arriving no less than 15 minutes before the performance begins.
